Bath

Originally a Roman town and located in Somerset, Bath is home to Bath University, Bath Spa and Bath college. As of the UK’s smaller University towns, Bath has a much more laid back feel than many of the more built up places like London. Despite that however, the town serves as a global tourist attraction for its immaculate Roman ruins and surrounding natural beauty.

Student accommodation is spread across the town, with a large concentration of these halls being based around the University of Bath’s, Claverton Down Campus. The majority of Bath Spa’s University and student halls are concentrated around their Newton Park campus, a 20 minute bus ride from the town centre.

The main late night attraction in Bath is Komedia, originally a Victorian theatre, it’s now used as a multipurpose venue, hosting club nights on a night time and comedy shows through the days and evenings as well as other events.
